Terms of Service
Effective September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and 19CONSULTANTS LLC ("NoShotList", "we"), which runs noshotlist.com. By requesting access, creating an account or using NoShotList, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The short version
- It's an invite-only beta: it can change, and it's provided as it is.
- Your footage and your shorts are yours. You're responsible for what you say in them and for what you post.
- Only film yourself, or people who have agreed to be filmed.
- Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time. You keep every short you've made.
1. The beta
NoShotList is an invite-only beta. We may add, change or remove features, pause the service, or end the beta. If we shut NoShotList down, we'll email account holders first so you can download your shorts.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 18 and using NoShotList for a business (yours, or a client's with their permission). You sign in with links sent to your email, so keep your email account secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Invite codes are for the person they were given to.
3. Your content
You own what you record and the shorts made from it. You give NoShotList a license to store, process, transcribe and edit your recordings into shorts and to show them to you — only to provide the service, as our Privacy Policy describes. We don't post anything for you: you choose what to publish, where.
Remy and our AI tools can get things wrong: research, suggestions, captions and edits may contain mistakes. Shorts come to you ready to review — watch each one before you post it. You're responsible for what you say in your videos, including any claims about your business, prices or results.
Our research shows you other creators' public videos as references. We help you make your own version of a format — its hook pattern and structure — never a copy of someone else's script. Don't copy other people's content.
4. Acceptable use
- Only film yourself, or people who have agreed to be filmed and to have the recording processed by NoShotList. Some places require everyone in a recorded conversation to agree; follow the law where you are.
- No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful or sexually explicit content, and nothing involving minors.
- Don't use NoShotList to impersonate anyone, or to make someone appear to say something they didn't.
- Don't try to get around voice-minute or plan limits, share access, overload the service, or copy, scrape or reverse-engineer it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
5. Plans, voice minutes and billing
- Free first session. Once you're invited, your first session is free: up to 20 minutes with Remy, once, for one business. No card needed.
- Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Agency and the Founding price for beta members) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew until you cancel. Current prices are on the pricing page. The Founding price stays the same for as long as your subscription does.
- Voice minutes are your time talking with Remy. Paid plans get a set number each calendar month; they reset on the 1st (UTC) and unused minutes don't roll over. When you run out, new sessions wait until your minutes reset or you move up a plan.
- Cancel any time from Settings, through Stripe's billing portal. When your subscription ends, your account goes back to the Free plan: you keep every short you've already made and can still download them, but new sessions need a plan again.
- If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you by email before it applies to your next billing period. Questions about a charge: hello@noshotlist.com.
6. Leaving
You can stop using NoShotList at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email hello@noshotlist.com from the address you sign in with. You can also delete single shorts or whole businesses in the app.
7. The fine print
No warranties
NoShotList is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, and we don't promise any number of views, followers, customers or sales from your videos.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NoShotList won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Your responsibility
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you recorded or posted, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
Third-party services
NoShotList relies on other companies' services (listed in our Privacy Policy). Our research uses YouTube API Services, so by using NoShotList you also agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and email account holders about significant changes; using NoShotList after that means you accept them.
